I’ve been collecting pie recipes for awhile — so what better day to share them than on Pi Day? Yesterday was the story, today it’s just all the pie —and some Pi Day humor to get you started.

Okay on to the pie recipes for today. Feel free to bring one to my house too.  Credit to my coworkers for many of the recipes and descriptions for this pie curation blog post. It took us 3.14. . . weeks to come up with these. Enjoy.

This coconut cream pie is heavenly. Use sugar, cornstarch, half & half, egg yolks, egg, sweetened shredded coconut, and vanilla to make the filling, and heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, coconut extract, and toasted coconut to make the topping. This sweet treat is a wonderful and delicious treat to share with friends.

But, we did find a cake in pie form! Coconut Pecan German Chocolate Pie This recipe transfers the goodness of German chocolate cake into pie form. And it looks amazing. Try it out for 3.14 Day.

This lemon blueberry cream pie is the perfect way to celebrate the spring. We love how the graham cracker crust, blueberry sauce,and lemon cream pie combine for a treat that has us asking for an extra slice.
